How My Healing Journey Began: A Return to My Soul

Today, I feel called to open my heart and share a sacred part of my journey—how my divine inspiration and spiritual gifts first began to awaken. I share this not only to tell my story, but to offer you hope… and to remind you that your own healing is possible too.

It was in 2023 when I started a deep inner child healing journey with a beautiful soul from El Salvador. I didn’t know what to expect. I was lying on a massage table, preparing for our session, and I nervously said: 

"I never meditated before. I don’t even know how this works."  She smiled gently and replied, “No worries. Just relax.” And that’s when it all began.

A Moment That Changed Everything

Within minutes, I was transported back to a moment from my childhood - I was around six years old, silently witnessing a traumatic event between my parents. I saw it as if I were an observer, watching through a divine lens.

Suddenly, I connected with emotions I had buried deep inside me for decades—fear, confusion, overwhelming stress.

With her loving guidance, I began to release the pain that had been stored in my body for over 40 years.

I had never spoken about that memory. Not even to my parents.
But in that sacred space, I realized: it was real.
And it had been buried in silence… until that moment.

That first session was just the beginning.

Over the weeks that followed, I had more sessions with her. Each one helped me peel away another layer.

Soon after, other healing modalities began appearing in my life—gently, divinely, as if I was being guided.
My consciousness started to expand.
And my soul began to remember truths I had long forgotten.

At the time, I had no idea what God’s plan was for me. But now I know—every step, every experience, every emotion was leading me here.

To this sacred work.
To hold space for others.
To offer healing.
To share light.
